Any time Quinnipiac, Yankees and Red Sox are involved in the same story, I feel obligated to post about it.
According to an annual Quinnipiac poll, there are more Yankees fans in Connecticut than members of Red Sox nation.

Mets: 7%

Don’t know/NA: 3%
Hey, look! My school newspaper, The Quinnipiac Chronicle, even got a shout out in the CBS story because Mariano Rivera’s son, Mariano Rivera III, is attending Quinnipiac in the fall. But no link, unfortunately.
