Jonathan Albaladejo has finally earned a call-up from Triple-A to replace the DL-bound Andy Pettitte. Albaladejo had 31 saves and a 0.96 ERA in Triple-A this year.
But don’t get too excited about big Alby. Last year with the Yankees he finished with a 5.24 ERA in 34-1/3 innings.
Has he worked out his flaws with Scranton? We’ll find out soon enough.
