*Wild Card Winner

NL Champion: Giants
World Series Champion: Yankees, 4 games

A few notes:
- The Yankees rotation will stay healthy once again and prove overpowering in the playoffs. The combination of durability and strikeouts is very tough to beat, especially with an excellent bullpen and an even better offense.
- AL West race will be the most exciting in baseball. The Mariners look strong, but the Angels have a much deeper rotation and superior manager.
- Sorry, Mets. With only one starter and an injury-filled lineup, the Mets’ goal this season should be to get healthy for 2011.
- The Giants are very good. Their rotation could be the best in the NL, and Pablo Sandoval is an X-factor.
