That is Carlos Gomez robbing Alex Rodriguez of a grand slam in the fourth inning in the Yankees 10-2 win over the Twins last night. Wow! Congratulations, Jim Mone. This pic has earned my vote for sports picture of the year (if there is such a thing).
Look at how high he is off the ground, and look at how deep over the wall he is reaching. Not to discredit the catch at all, but Gomez was kind of waiting at the wall for it, oppose to a sprint-then-leap catch. Still, what a catch! What a picture!
