I've never seen him pitch live, but Melancon is somehow exceeding expectations in Scranton/Wilkes-Barre.

With the recent struggles in the Yankees’ bullpen, it certainly would not be a bad time to call this guy up.
During spring training, Peter Abraham predicted that Melancon had the best chance of any Yankee prospect to replace Mariano Rivera as closer when he retires.
